Need natural remedies for inflammation. What have you guys used/dosed that works?

tumeric (curcumin)500mg 2x/day, sesamin4-6g, fish oil 6-10g to name a few. I'll get you some product names later

Not too sure of the dose on these but it should be easy to look up (these were in products i've used in the past): boswellia, ginger

glucosamine-chondroiton 1500 and 2000mg divided dose/day
MSM might be as well not sure but linguisil MSM from Now Foods is the best 2000mg daily

when i was recovering from knee surgery my ortho recommended wobenzym n. sheit is an enzyme blend but works like freaking magic! google it and see.

i think tumeric also helps remove plaque from the brain and has other health benefits, good stuff all around

I personally like super cissus and fish oil but have taken Zyflamend in the past as well with good results for inflammation. Here are the supplement facts, all natural.

There is some truth to this. Topical Hash oil is an excellent remedy but it's not very cost effective or legal ATM.
much more effective smoked anyways. :sgrin:

vaping is the best way and very cost effective.and you can used the vaped weed to make thc butter.its legal here for me in Cali.
