Novedex XT & AI PCS

I do not wish to take a serm. I am choosing the OTC method. I know it's not as safe.


9 Week Cycle:
H-Drol - 50/50/75/75/75/75/0/0/0
11-Oxo - 0/0/0/0/0/0/6/6/6

In two weeks I will be in PCT. How does this look?

PCT:
Weeks (1-4) - AI PCS(4 Caps / Day)
Week (5) - Novedex XT(4 Caps / Day) (28 Total Caps)
Week (6) - Novedex XT(2 Caps / Day) (14 Total Caps)
Week (7) - Novedex XT(2 Caps / Day) (14 Total Caps)
Week (8) - Novedex XT(1 Cap every other day) (4 Caps)

Think I should add ZMA or I3C?
 
I am trying to use AI PCS and Novedex XT as a PCT. What is a good layout? I would prefer to taper them down so I can minimize rebound. Should I make these two products a 4 week PCT by taking both at once or an 8 week pct by taking PCS first then follow by Novedex?
 
i took i3c and novedex xt last year as a pct for a 5 week long havoc cycle. I kept all of my gains and my libido didn't crash. I have no idea if thats typical. It made me hungry as hell which didn't help with cutting. From all my research zma seems to be a useless supplement. I know some people claim it helps them sleep but I read some where that it had 0 effect on raising test levels. I have no idea about how to comment on your dosing since I don't know that much about h-drol.
 
After doing some research I found that 4 caps a day is alo of Novedex XT. I was thinking I would do:

Week 1: 2/2/2/2/2/2/2 (14caps)
Week 2: 2/2/2/2/2/2/2 (14caps)
Week 3: 1/1/1/1/1/1/1 (7caps)
Week 4: 1/1/1/1/1/1/1 (7caps)
Week 5: 1/1/1/1/1/1/1 (7caps)
Week 6: 1/1/0/1/0/1/0 (4caps)
Week 7: 1/0/1/0/1/0/1 (4caps)
Week 8: 0/1/0/1/0/1/0 (3caps)

Along with AI PCS at recommended doses for the first four weeks.


How's it looking so far?
 
This needs to go on in the anabolics section, answers abound for PH related questions there and board rules state this is not for PH related topics.
