Advice Needed Please

Hey Everyone,

I am 38 years old. 6' 185lbs... I have always had very little muscle mass but I really want to change that. I been hitting the gym 3 or 4 times a week but see very limited results. Besides a multi vitamin and some protein I have never took any supplements. Can someone give me some good advice on what I can use to see some real gains?

The answer that you're most likely going to hear most and really the most basic is going to be creatine. Check out the creatine and primordial performance for a good pure creatine. Fish oil is also a good all around supplement to help out, check out orange oxiomega by controlled labs, then some some bcaa's might also help and there are lots of options out there for those as well. Being 38 you'll also hear about looking into a test booster and there are options out there for these as well, being my age however I just stick with the first three I told you along with a pre workout. Keep diet in check and get good rest and recovery and you're good to go.
