headache from methy 1-d

so I took my second set of pills this evening with no food and it gave me a huge headache and I felt dizzy....
Could this be the cause? because I did not take it with dinner?
I had salmon bout 1 1/5 hour prior...

this is my 7th day cycle and I did not have this problem before and I always took it with dinner,

Yes, on most LG products anc cycles, drink water ALL THE TIME. I drink almost 5 gallons a day. Its ridiculous, Im peeing every two seconds.
