Glycobol with simple carbs?
If a AI rep or anyone who knows can pitch in on this. Im just about to start glycobol, on the label it reads to take 25-50, 50-100g COMPLEX carbs 30m after taking Glycobol. Yet, some are taking this product with simple carbs. I just finished up with some Anabolic pump (didnt see much from it) and it as well says ONLY to take it with complex carbs. So again, is this product made to be able to be effective with simple carbs as well as complex carbs?

yes it will, its a nutrient partitioner. It will assist in minimizing some damage from your diet.
Complex im sure is just to keep folks from eating bowls of sugar all day in hopes ill it prevent them from getting fat. Either way.

i just started glycobol as well and was wondering what happens if i consume more than 100grams of carbs will it still be effective? i take 1:1

It'll still be effective be consuming over 100g of carbs you just have more of a chance that it doesnt shuttle all the carbs to the muscles which could result in some fat gain.
Im just wondering if it works with simple carbs because it says it works with your bodies insulin. which is spiked more with simple carbs so youd think that it would work just as well.

I would still try and get as many complex carbs as possible but it will work well as a mixture.

Glycobol has been very solid during the months I have been using it. Slin Sane was just implemented as well four days ago in conjunction with Glycobol, and will be used prior to breakfast and also pre-workout as well.
I want a grilled cheese when I get home... 100% whole wheat bread, fat free Kraft American cheese, and fat free Canola Oil cooking spray outta' do the trick!!

Just ordered my bottle I cant wait to try this after reading all the threads on this. Anabolic pump was a joke the 3 times I tried it but I hear this stuff is legit! I try not to eat whole food an hour before workouts but I guess I will have too now!

make sure to lift about 2 hours after eating for maximum pumps as well. this isnt touched upon enough.
It can be used with simple carbs itll drop your sugar level faster though and block absorbtion of some. your good to go man.

Something occurred to me earlier I wanted to offer the community to gather some feedback on. In short, wouldn't administration of Slin Sane or Glycobol etc immediately post-workout be counter intuitive (since the GLUT4 mechanism has already been primed and stimulated) and the imminent insulin secretion and blood sugar spike should be embraced and permitted to fully run its course?
I would be inclined to believe (at this point in my admittedly under developed theory) that GDAs such as these would be best served as an additive to breakfast and the post-post-workout meal which includes moderate carbohydrates from the lower Glycemic spectrum paired with lean protein?
