    Glycobol with simple carbs?


    If a AI rep or anyone who knows can pitch in on this. Im just about to start glycobol, on the label it reads to take 25-50, 50-100g COMPLEX carbs 30m after taking Glycobol. Yet, some are taking this product with simple carbs. I just finished up with some Anabolic pump (didnt see much from it) and it as well says ONLY to take it with complex carbs. So again, is this product made to be able to be effective with simple carbs as well as complex carbs?

    yes it will, its a nutrient partitioner. It will assist in minimizing some damage from your diet.

    Complex im sure is just to keep folks from eating bowls of sugar all day in hopes ill it prevent them from getting fat. Either way.

    i just started glycobol as well and was wondering what happens if i consume more than 100grams of carbs will it still be effective? i take 1:1

    It'll still be effective be consuming over 100g of carbs you just have more of a chance that it doesnt shuttle all the carbs to the muscles which could result in some fat gain.

    Im just wondering if it works with simple carbs because it says it works with your bodies insulin. which is spiked more with simple carbs so youd think that it would work just as well.

    I would still try and get as many complex carbs as possible but it will work well as a mixture.

    I dosed mine this morning with oatmeal with skim milk,banana. I drank the gb with whey and bcaa.

    Glycobol has been very solid during the months I have been using it. Slin Sane was just implemented as well four days ago in conjunction with Glycobol, and will be used prior to breakfast and also pre-workout as well.

    I want a grilled cheese when I get home... 100% whole wheat bread, fat free Kraft American cheese, and fat free Canola Oil cooking spray outta' do the trick!!

    Just ordered my bottle I cant wait to try this after reading all the threads on this. Anabolic pump was a joke the 3 times I tried it but I hear this stuff is legit! I try not to eat whole food an hour before workouts but I guess I will have too now!

    I see no reason why you cannot but I would stick to 2 meals a day.

    Actually... it ended up being amazing. I kept the whole wheat bread and fat free Kraft cheese, and added on a few slices of crispy turkey bacon and thin warm white turkey breast; all I left off was some tomatoes and a smooth creamy spread of some reduced fat miracle whip.

    Grilled Cheese... on steroids... being eaten by a guy... on steroids. HAHAHAHAHA

    You are truly going to be impressed with Glycobol, and Slin Sane for the matter... but make sure your water intake and timing of the administration is on point to reap the highest yield of effect

    make sure to lift about 2 hours after eating for maximum pumps as well. this isnt touched upon enough.

    It can be used with simple carbs itll drop your sugar level faster though and block absorbtion of some. your good to go man.

    I always wait almost exactly 90 minutes religiously after pre-workout meal until I begin the first rep. I am glad you brought this up, as I am training delts this evening, and will be following the two-hour wait guidelines and see if it helps. Thanks

    Triceps in ten minutes - I mentioned in another thread, but just wanted to report that I am waiting 2 hours now between whole food meal and resistance training, preceding the meal by 15 minutes with 2 Slin Sane.

    Something occurred to me earlier I wanted to offer the community to gather some feedback on. In short, wouldn't administration of Slin Sane or Glycobol etc immediately post-workout be counter intuitive (since the GLUT4 mechanism has already been primed and stimulated) and the imminent insulin secretion and blood sugar spike should be embraced and permitted to fully run its course?

    I would be inclined to believe (at this point in my admittedly under developed theory) that GDAs such as these would be best served as an additive to breakfast and the post-post-workout meal which includes moderate carbohydrates from the lower Glycemic spectrum paired with lean protein?

    yes you can but you might as well add a 4th cap pre bed if you do it that way.

    think of it in more then one direction... Adipocyte Differentiation and build up.

    you want to make sure that when you do over consumeyour calories theres less of a chance of premature adipocytes to mature.

    I just started slin-sane a week ago but I am not dosing it pre-workout I am taking 1 cap
    15 min before my early afternoon shake which consists of 20grams of protein from whey
    isolate, 20 grams from micellular casien and 45 grams of carbs from oats. I am only using
    slin- sane right now once a day to help absorb complex carbs better. I also have a container of Protocal from the same co. and I plan on starting that product in about
    another week or two. I want to make sure the slin- sane kicks in first. I have used a few
    jars of the Glycobol in the past and this supplement was pretty good but it takes a little
    trial and error before you find the right dosage to use for me 1 cap of Glycobol twice a day was what worked for me and I never did more than 3 caps in one day. The one thing I liked about the Glycobol was the muscle fullness that I had I am hoping the slin-sane will have the same results. I will post back with my feedback of both Slin-sane and
    Protocal.

    Since when is pizza, ice cream, and brownies over consuming calories!? Ha!

    Thanks so much for the continued reps and solid directive pertaining to the GDA dosing and usage. So in your estimation the GDAs primary or at least secondary function of value would be adipocyte attenuation? I have never considered this, and believe with my 'morbidly slow' metabolism, it will offer some excellent benefit over the long course of administration. Take care.

    This gave me a quick thought I wanted to share and hear any feedback on... using a GDA prior to the pre-workout meal AND prior to actually working out (IF you consume an intra-workout drink of carbs/monohydrate/BCAAs) would in theory be extremely advantageous in my approximation. It would increase muscle fullness even beyond what would normally be experienced with the pre-workout meal dosing, and it would also allow for a heightened insulin sensitivity and creatine uptake and overall nutrient utilization, perhaps even causing a rising tide to life 'all boats' in terms of other nutraceutical and macro-nutrient absorption and assimilation (?) Thanks for any input

    Its secondary to not being gluttonous. if your a gluttonous slob to begin with then GDAs (SOME not all have the unique feature of adipocyte diferentition) will be primary way of attenuating fat gain.

    Thanks for the reply and the support on the intra-workout-focused dosage timing; I will try it with a nominal amount of carbohydrates from Karbo-lyn in Anabolic Raptor or WMS in Mass Xxplosion, and compare it to carb-devoid workouts as well.

    As far as not being gluttonous, that's a given. I use a scale year-round, I have never come across any other competitor who self inflicts these and other methods of ongoing calculation and calorie caution; I won't even chew gum or order anything aside from water at restaurants out of fear of incidental sugar alcohol carbohydrates or a waitress accidentally giving me regular soda. Out of my 49 meals a week, I will however plan and enjoy a single meal which is also structured around a workout in order to further ensure every macro nutrient is put to proper use.

    Thanks again for your help and agreement in my proposed non-traditional GDA usage. If I have Glycobol, Slin Sane, and stand alone r-ALA what would you recommend for being used regarding breakfast, pre-workout, 15min prior to training, post workout, and post-post workout?
