oh ok i must have read it wrong, but i partially tore my pec almost 6 months ago and havent been to the gym since and just started PT monday. and my right side is really sore from PT friday and the left side, the side thats injured isnt nearly as sore so i think there might be some nerve damage. im going to tell my doctor and maybe he can do some tests but i read b12 would help if i had nerve damage so i was planning ahead of time just in case
