Well said, I respond a little better to Glycobol with smaller carb feeds, P-Slin with larger ones (100+ grams) and love AP for fasted cardio sessions. Each is unique and brings its strengths if used properly for EACH PERSON. AP does not do much for me in the fatloss area because I can only take it 1-2 times a day being really carb sensitive BUT for fasted cardio I tear fat off with AP; Glycobol seems to work well for me with 1 dose a day or 2+ on refeed days. The challenge is figuring out what works for you.
