    Hey guys, just got back from 4 months in Costa Rica. I'm quite soft and getting ready to get cut since summer is all but here. Here is the stack:

    Ephedrine HCL - 25 mg
    Caffeine - 200 mg
    ASA - 81 mg
    Yohimbine HCL - 7.5 mg
    GT Extract - 400 mg
    L-Tyrosine - 1000 mg (this might come down to 500)
    Choline - 2.4 g
    B6 - 100 mg
    C - 500 mg
    Folic Acid - 800 mcg

    I'll take this twice a day. In addition I'll probably be using R-ALA (about 200mg 4-5 times a day) and of course be supplementing Ca, E, B complex, and taking an iron free multi. I'm gonna go with the 40/30/30 diet, cardio 3-4 times a week (just easy jogging for 45-60 minutes with a 30 minute interval session once a week), lifting two days a week (for some reason I just tend to do better on fewer days of lifting). Comments?


  2. id drop the asa, and up the tyrosine to 1500 or 2000mg, tyrosine rules!

  3. If that is you in your avatar do you need to lose any more fat?

  4. I wouldn't do cardio to the extent you are doing it. If you are going for 45-60 minutes, then why not just walk instead. I'd advise walking 7 days a week 45min, ull experience more fat loss and less muscle loss. That's how I get shredded. I'm currently cutting and I'm on the anarchy stack with ephedrine , its doing wonders.
