My latest fat loss stack

Hey guys, just got back from 4 months in Costa Rica. I'm quite soft and getting ready to get cut since summer is all but here. Here is the stack:

Ephedrine HCL - 25 mg
Caffeine - 200 mg
ASA - 81 mg
Yohimbine HCL - 7.5 mg
GT Extract - 400 mg
L-Tyrosine - 1000 mg (this might come down to 500)
Choline - 2.4 g
B6 - 100 mg
C - 500 mg
Folic Acid - 800 mcg

I'll take this twice a day. In addition I'll probably be using R-ALA (about 200mg 4-5 times a day) and of course be supplementing Ca, E, B complex, and taking an iron free multi. I'm gonna go with the 40/30/30 diet, cardio 3-4 times a week (just easy jogging for 45-60 minutes with a 30 minute interval session once a week), lifting two days a week (for some reason I just tend to do better on fewer days of lifting). Comments?

id drop the asa, and up the tyrosine to 1500 or 2000mg, tyrosine rules!

I wouldn't do cardio to the extent you are doing it. If you are going for 45-60 minutes, then why not just walk instead. I'd advise walking 7 days a week 45min, ull experience more fat loss and less muscle loss. That's how I get shredded. I'm currently cutting and I'm on the anarchy stack with ephedrine , its doing wonders.

What are you keeping your calories at?
