I will be starting mstak tomorrow, but i am also going to be doing a light cardio before i hit the weight, probably only 20mins at the MOST. I was wondering if i should wait to take the mstak or if i should just take it before i hit the cardio??
hey man i would to cardio after, but a lot of times i slack off and i find doing it before just works better for me. I like to end my workouts with some core workouts. I think i will take your advice and just take it prior to hitting the gym!
