Alright im thinking about taking it for 90 days or longer need opions on it. I read that if you take it for 90 days you must take it 5 days on 2 days off. But what if i wanna take it for 120 days,150 or 180 days? If i do a 90 day cycle how long should i take off before i start back? Are there supplements i should take when i come off of HGH so my body doesnt shut down? Are there any other supplements i should take with HGH? Supplements that are a must and supplements that you think are good make sure you tell me the difference. Thanks for the help . Im a nEWB!!

You can take the HGHpro daily for the 1st 60 days after that I would go with a 5 on and 2 off dosing protocol. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Make sure you hit the basics. Protein, Creatine, BCAA, Multi-Vitamins and most likely a good Pre-Workout energy drink.
