Since everyone says arginie is way hyped up and not good, what is the best NO supplement to use

None. NO may make you look better in the gym, but it doesn't really help in the long run. This is why products like WHEY protein and creatine are the most common/effective. But if you have lots of $$$ then NO is not necessarily a bad idea.

This is not correct.

True NO products increase oxygen/nutrient delivery, increase endurance as well as strength too.


Traditional NO products were a scam. They utilized stimulants + arginine and promised the world.

Now there are products that ACUTALLY increase NO, so if you look for science proven ingredients, a great product can be found.

For powder, I would go with Muscle Pharm Assault. For pills, I like the perpetual pump by Dymatize. The dymatize has creatine and a lot of other goodies in it as well.

L-Arginine and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate are worthless in comparison to Arginine Ethyl Ester. GPLC is an awesome product on many levels

AEE+GPLC=PUMP!

Arginine is effective for NO but maybe 20g+ a day is not a deal.

do the effects of *a lot* of N.O. are they significantly seen in a month in terms of strength and size?
