Ive been reading through a lot of posts in this site and I finally decided to become a member here of this community. : )
Ive got a few questions about what type of pre-workout supplement I should be taking. As of right now i'm just taking whey protein. I'm 5"11 181lbs, I use to be at 240lbs like 2yrs ago, I was overweight. So I lost all this weight and I would like to tone up because of my weight loss especially in my core area and arms.
I've been looking through some pre workout supplements and kinda stuck between & Jack3d. I would like to know which one would be better for me. I am also wondering if I have to take with or can I just take ST by itself, if I decide for ST? Thanks
