so im thinking of making my own PWO drink
heres my thoughts
mix would include.....

citrulline malate OR Norvaline?
whats everyones ideas and takes, i also need dosages

yohimbe with geranium oil i like these two or just good ol caffeine

bcaa 5-7g most likely

hows that stack up in terms against Whiteflood as its all about cost benefit ratio to me,
