3-ad and epi

I have done a cycle of epi before and heard that stacking it with 3-ad can realy bring on the gains ?? But I was wondering what would be the best way to take them. On epi alone I was taking 40mg a day roughly 10mg every 5/6 hours, with the 3-ad you take 4 pills (2 at a time) during the day. So any advice on the timing of taking them would be great.
