I know many have used this product. I have not used it yet.

I am sure some can chime in and let you know what they think.

Personally, I like Stak. However, I'm an old guy and it works well for us fogies. How old are you? What do you want Stak to do for you? Pardon my bluntness, but you're 150lbs according to your profile. You need to save your money to buy food, not supplements.

Increase your intensity in the gym first. That will lead to you wanting to eat more. Look, I love Universal/Animal products. They work - period. But I can't recommend you try Stak or any other test boosting product yet. Sleep well, eat well, and train like a crazed madman.

Universal Nutrition has been around for about 25 years, and makes top notch products. I have used (and still do) Animal Pak and Flex. But as the others have said, unless you hit the gym hard, keep the diet in check, and get quality sleep, supplements will not help.
