hey all as we all know, creatine and caffeine doesnt go well together,
Kre-Alkalyn is known for its 100% absorbption in to body, so.. can caffeine and Kre-alkalyn be taken at the same time, or close to each other without any diminished effect?

When I used Kre-Alkalyn I never had any problem dosing it with caffeine and getting effective results (but that's just me, and I don't work like everyone else, LOL).

Scit-fit's Kreation has both.

I've used it twice in the past and liked it alot. Try it out they are both very cheap products to buy.

I love the KA- Pro
I dont get the jitters from it, My intensity and focus are highly elevated. I dont get that sudden crash like you get from most products. The product its self goes through many test for impurities.

You can check out the website for sure & I certainly like to read studies and think they have their value, but the proof is in the pudding. The reality is, you have to try the products for yourself.

And, I promise you, if you try KA-Pro, you won't want to hit the gym without it again.
