I'm attempting to guage the effects of this cult-like supplement.
Some swear by it, bb'ing articles and magazines pimp it, but every time I read a list of supps someone is one, it rarely makes the list. I imagine it has to do in large part with the time one needs to commit to its use without instant gratification (8-12 weeks).
To be fair, please only respond if you used consistenly for a period of no less than 8 weeks and at doses of no less than 4 grams a day as these seem to be the minimum requirements (although not the typical suggestions of 12 weeks and 6 grams a day).
