MegaRed Krill Oil vs Omega 3 Fish Oil..........

I keep reading about this Krill oil and how its supposed to be more efficient than normal fish oil and you dont have to take as much. I bought some the other day, it's definitely more expensive than normal fish oil. Has anyone else tried it or know anything else about it? I started taking it today so I'll post about it.

We've covered this before. There is an excellent thread about it.

Swanson Krill is cost effective, but on the whole this stuff isn't cheap.
