Recovering from a "Crash"

Is there some easy way to recover from a energy "crash" besides just waiting it out?

Like a few hours ago, at least 3, I took;
2 scoops of White Flood = 1 serving
1 scoop of Jack3d = 1 serving
2 capsules of Perform = 1 serving

Did the same thing yesterday, but felt fine and worked out well. Even before starting the Perform, the mix of White Flood and Jack3d(I have like a few doses left of it, so I have been finish it with combining it with WF for the last couple of days), the combo seemed to go by fine and reacted pretty well.

But today for some reason it hit me the wrong way or something. I don't know how much caffeine is in either the WF or the J3, so I can't really pin point the problem area. So I guess, even in with any stimulants in general, is there any easy way to get out of the "crash" feeling, especially when it something that you already have experience with before and did not have problems with crashing.

Oh, and I have been aware of avoiding any other caffeinated foods/drinks, so I think the supplements are alone here.

Any help appreciated.
