MB12 (Methylcobalamin) - Megadoses and Absorption Rates

For those of you on Megadoses of MB12, do any of you know what is an average absorption rate for MB12 when taken orally in a powder format with a bunch of other ingredients???

I've read about mean absorption rates of only 1.2% when taking orally in this study with 60 patients taking 500mcg of MB12....I don't know if this is sublingual or not...

That seems like an awful low number considering the price of MB12....

Anyone has better info on absorption rates??

1.2%? did these patients lack intrinsic factor? in the absence of intrinsic factor, b12 absorption is commonly known to be as low as 1/5th of normal.

We know IV is the way to go, but sub-lingual is also very efficient....the question was for regular oral consumption of MB12 and its typical absorption rates...

Anyone?
