Has any one tried the anabolic extreme bcaa 4:1:1 ratio product? I like it but I don't want to have to pay for the glutamine in it. Any thoughts. I was thinking with carbs make a half gallon or what ever and inbetween meals sip on it. Goal is to get about 5-8 grams of leucine between meals and mid workout Im changing my monster stack with 50 grams of protein to 50 grams of protein with 15 of it being leucine.

Also any one try the new vpx power shock. I am thinking between the two I would have a good bcaa line for the day.

I have not tried RecoverPRO, but I know that Primordial Performance's Ajipure IBCAAs are top notch. I've tried a few brands, and I personally feel that PPs aminos are the best as far as quality, taste, solubility, etc.

both AI and PP have received excellent reviews. However the ratio between the 2 is different.

RecoverPRO has 147 servings at a cost of $43 do you divide 43 by 147 and you come out with 0.292517006803 and I believe with Nutra if the order is over $75 shipping is free.:)

Its $43 per kilo (2.2lbs).

Store I've just been in charged $400 per kilo (sold in caps).

PP charge $46.95 per kilo for iBCAA.

Its evenly matched in quality and price for both AI and PP.

The AI reps are very good crowd.

Only problem is if you spend $400 and you do not like the taste or it mixes very badly that is a lot of cash without knowing for sure.

Now the question is carbs or no carbs? I listened to a human blog talk what ever it's called on leucine and they said carbs.

4grams a serving *5 servings + mid workout will be 15grams
