Im about to run Novadex xt, HGHup, and Neovar. I also just ordered the FLS by Primordial performance. My question is should I run them together or run them seperate?
tons of supps but they should all stack well for a body recomp, remember NEovar isnt just creatine its a nutrient partioner so try to take it before carb meals
Yeh i know but heres my concern. I want to maintain weight or possibly gain a pound or two while cutting body fat percentage. So I need calories but at the same time i need to be on a deficit. Also 2g/lb for carbs?

You want to recomp. Then look at calorie/carbohydrate cycling (i.e. 2-4 days either at or just below Maintenance, and then 1-2 days above Maintenance).

1-1.5g/lb carbs 3 days
1.5g/lb protein throughout
For a bulk my calories are around 4200-4500 so for recomp is 3200-3500 good ?
