I need SERIOUS appetite suppression

Im looking for something that suppresses my appetite....just short of getting my stomach stapled...

I just had back fusion surgery in september and first hurt myself jan 11th of last year so pretty much..i have been unable to do anything for almost a year and my waistline has suffered severly for it. I have a very good meal plan that Mr. John Defendis gave me himself and it works very well, but my appetite seems to have grown out of control...even worse than it was before, and its driving me nuts that im always hungry. I too tried SX and liked what i felt but it was discontinued before i could tweak the dosages. I need something hardcore to kill my appetite. I dont even care if there is a thermogenic effect or anything else other than pure appetite suppression. If someone could recommend something. Maybe someone that has had the same problem as me, or maybe can at least give me a few directions to follow and start researching, i would appreciate it.

ECY stack absolutely murdered my appetite. So maybe you should give it a try?

ive tried the ECA stack and it doesnt kill my appetite at all.....maybe the ECY would be a little different?

it is different. my opinion USPLabs oxyelite pro. that stuff nailed my appeitite down. after a month on it and two pills just really dulled it, and not killed it. I added in some rpn alphaburn, and that demolished it.

trust me oep, and alphaburn together bro. try it.

ive been seeing oep in a few threads ive been reading....was wondering what it was..now i know..i will do some research. Thanks alot...i appreciate it.

Yeah, the ECY is quite different from the ECA, maybe it will work better for you like that.

Also I'd suggest looking at putting some soluble fiber into your drinks to fill you up some.

i dont know anymore...im at my wits end with my appetite.....ive tried almost all the natural stuff...fiber....hoodia....and alot of the stims......just gets fustrating after a while cause i have strong will power....except for food. it seems my hunger is the only thing i cant control and conquer.

chromium picolinate functions in two ways to my knowledge, one by reducing the amount of fat absorption in the small intestine and two by aiding insulin in the body to help consume glycogen. I don't believe either actually suppress appetite, though it is an excellent compound for weight loss.

OP - I find, if you can suffer a little muscle loss then a 24-48 hour fast allows the stomach to shrink and the appetite to decrease. You need self-control while on the fast. ALSO, and this is the key to success, you need to reintroduce food slowly. If you binge eat after fasting you kill progress you made. You should start by eating 200-300 calories then wait 2 hours.

I would look into Speed V2 or other stim based fat burners.
They work wonders for blunting appetite.

i found recreate to be helpfull and oep, i also find that the longer that i diet for reduces my appetite

chromium picolinate is terrible. and might cause cancer lol.

chromium polynicotinate, however, is good.

Ok the main problem is being missed here, your not eating enough!! Yah your diet is crap if your that hungry, so that's where you should start. I understand you gained a lot of weight and you want to lose but if your calorie deficit is so high that your starving your going to lose a lot muscle along with it. A little hungry is one thing and you can take something like OEP to give you a little hand but with the diet your on your doomed. Remember guys hunger is our body's way of telling us we need to eat.. When your using something to suppress appetite you still have to eat enough, but first you have to know how much that is.

No way. A supplement company reformulated it........now it's called kokaine. The FDA will never know.

I just started taking oep and this stuff is really good. The last stuff I took was about april of last year and it was SX and its oep is the closest thing to that ive found. Give it a try youll like it. I always have problems with night time hunger no matter what im on so im also trying hoodia like late afternoon to see if that will help me out.

Seriously rethink how your eating and you'll find your answers. You can be hungry when dieting that's normal but starved is not. This just means your calorie deficit is too much. Listen to your body it knows... Don't be in such a hurry do it right.

I eat till im satisfied..not till im stuffed...and no matter what i eat.....i am hungry 30 minutes later usually....

Ive fasted for 14 days before and drank only distilled water to detox and shrink my stomach...and it seems to have worked..i couldnt eat as much as i did before...but im still hungry all the damn time....maybe its a medical issue and i need to see a doctor for it...i have strong willpower but it seems no matter what diet or workout regimen i go on..i still end up being hungry no matter what i do.

you should only buy just enough food for a meal or 2, if you live near a grocery store it help. the only thing in my fridge is raw eggs, veggies, half an half and sometimes a little meat.

try drinking psyllium husts, a few tablespoons a shot. mix it quick and drink it asap before it get thick. it may help a little to give you the illusion that you have something in your stomach.

you may want to eat a very low carb diet like me, and dump the potatoes. eat a high protein, high quality fat diet which is under 40 grams of carbs daily. ive been doing this for 2 years and im down 46 pounds which very little cardio. i do cardio but usually its a phase that comes and goes. dont forget low carb dieting does not mean eat alot more, just means eat just enough and feel full.

dont buy any nuts if you are hungry, they add up REAL quick. i recomend 30 almonds a day, but if you cant control yourself you will eat the whole package.

get brussle sprouts, broccoli and avocadoes (for the quality fats,) you should be set with the veggies department there. asparagus is good too.

Still think your calories must be too low for you, your metabolism may have taken a jump for some reason. Now that you have told me more, I am even more convinced that your eating too little.

Is there some other medical reason this could be occurring, it's most unusual...

for the most part....i was in a rush this morning to get to school....i eat until im satisfied.....ill eat the basic.....and then if im still hungry....ill add more veggies or if i had some extra meat prepared id add that in ....whatever was easily accessible at the time..

Convenience is not always the best measure.

I think the point is, flat out, if you are eating 500 calories below maintenance then you shouldn't be having hunger pains that are so over-bearing. I think that's the point DreamWeaver is trying to make.

I mean I eat 6 meals a day, without question. This means that if I get hungry 45min-1hr after I've eaten, well, I'm going to be eating in another hour (meals are 2 hrs. apart) so I can hold out. Are your meals 2 hrs apart?

well..convenience isnt junk food for me...its whatever is easiest..whether its steaming some more veggies...or heating up so already cooked and cut up chicken, fish or beef. i dont grab a hamburger if im still hungry if thats what your implying.

and i understand what dreamweaver and you are trying to say....i was a personal trainer and was trained under john defendis and some of his direct underlings...so im not a complete retard when it comes to deficits and meal plans...i undestand how things work and unfortunately...i dont have the money at the moment to go see a doctor and get tests done to see if it is something medical (hormonal or whatnot). i eat every 2 or 3 hours depending on if im in class or not....

It sounds like you have food addiction. The only way to fix it is to see a doctor specialising in addiction. Telling a food adict to eat more is like telling an alcoholic to drink more. The reason you are always hungry is because you think about food nonstop. You need to retrain your brain to stop that. Never snack and tell yorself that you CAN wait for noon to eat lunch or wait for dinner. You can do it!

Alpha-Y and IF works well for me to suppress hunger. On the other hand, I'm fasted for like 20+ hours a day. I had the same problem as you before I started my fast a few years ago, mainly due to spiking blood sugar and insuline peaks after meals. Carb cycling on training days has helped a lot too. Best of luck!

If you want an off the shelf solution, opposed to mixing and matching yourself

Im on EpiBurn by USP Labs and it kills appetite.

Fasting is also good, as your body doesnt ask for food until the end of the fasting period.

Its been my experience that supps wont help with this before i have already wrestled some control over my eating. Intermittent fasting and recording everything i eat is the best way for me to find this self control.

I got up at 6:30am... still no food until now, no want for it. (11am)

this is the shift+Epi-burn stack. Im goign to eat some carbs now as the jitters are getting to me and I need to get my cals in before lunch
