Supps to increase insulin sensitivity?

Whacked

NOT looking for supps that induce an insulin release!

There is a difference :)

I'm running HGH (planning on switching over to peptides soon) and I could use a supplement that accomplishes this.

There are supplements that are glucose disposal agents that work with methods other than insulin. Two that come to mind are berberine, and corosolic acid.

For insulin sensitivity, Na-RALA (or K-R-ALA), Cinnulin, Fenugreek, goats rue (Galega officinalis).

sadly, your answer is a test booster. i say this in all honesty. my workout partner is a type 1, and doing heavy leg days dropped his insulin needs down by 30-40%. since we all know that squats = more test release, either heavy squats or a test booster will help your body more adroitly realize its use of insulin.

I'd be weary as to stating that this is the reason for this. There's so much that occurs from heavy training that it is impossible to identify one element from the cascade of hormones released, especially in a type I. Exercise, in and of itself, helps to promote insulin sensitivity along with a myriad of other factors.

we trained upper body for a few months, with no change on his insulin needs. adding in lower body was what changed his insulin sensitivity. though you are right, maybe the GH spike from training legs did it, either is possible.
