Ok currently im cutting just using white flood but im looking to add purple wraath during and green mag before hand to try to minimize strength losses

i also run 25-30 miles a week mornings w evening lifts

i have no experience w creatine or pw so im wondering if on some days could i take this stack before a long run or would that not be recommended

also i plan on mixing one scoop of gm and 2 of wf pre workout than sipping on one scoop of pw during my workout
