aches and pains

what kind? muscle or bone? i like to sit in the hot tub or shower with the pressure setting on the massage setting.
 
After working hard and training hard whats the best for the aches and pains?

- Massage area or use a Tiger Tail (hard plastic roller)
- Soaking in Epson Salt- pulls out swelling and inflammation
- ice
- dynamic stretching with a Thera-band- can be used on upper and lower body
- dynamic stretching with plylometrics- does great to get rid of lwr. body soreness
- increase water intake
- Vitamin E
-Bromelain
-Fish Oil
