oxyelite pro +jacked3d?

Started taking oxyelite pro a few days ago 2 in the morning one in the afternoon.The energy is ok for me but i want more when i work out. Am i asking for trouble if i take a seving of jacked prework out ?

try 1 oep and 1 scoop of jacked and see how it goes.
 
I do two OEP in the morning upon waking and one in the early afternoon on non-workout days. On workout days, two in the morning and then my three scoops of jacked and I'm set after that. I tried doing the third OEP when also using jacked and had sleeping issues.
 
My routine is now (after MUCH experimentation due to sleep issues):

4:30 AM - 2 caps OEP and fasted cardio before heading into the office

11:00ish AM - 1 cap Recreate

5:30ish - 1 scoop of Jack3d preworkout

In bed by 9:30 and now sleep fine. Had huge issues with taking OEP or Recreate in the early mid afternoon with Jack3d in the mix with pre-workout. Good luck!
 
i personally wouldnt take te OEP with a full serving of jacked... but theres nothing wrong with it just make sure u dont go overboard... i cant wait to try OEP, refresh and dominatp together...
 
Im 26 and sunday I dosed 2 OEP upon waking then around 10 am did my normal dominATP, refresh and 2 scoops of jacked then did my squats and almost had a heart attack!! No joke I almost had to call for help..So I would Not take together!!
 
i took a oep for 1st time today, have to admit i was impressed with it's stim effect. i guess it would depend on tolerance to stims if taking 1 oep with 1 scoop of jack3d is a good idea or not. i wouldn't advise starting at any higher of a dose for sure.
 
I think it really depends on your tolerance with stims, for me its not a problem at all.

8:00 a.m. 2 OEP
8:30 a.m. Breakfast
10:00 a.m. 2 scoops Jacked

Yah tolerance is key. A lot of the protocols in this thread would have me in the hospital... I really think a lot of people overuse stims and if your depending on stims to have a better workout, I think you should take a long hard look at what your doing. When your down a bit and need an extra push from time to time that's fine but to make it a regular habit is not wise. OEP's stim settles down after a couple days but remains consistant after that for me. I do add Jacked (1 scoop) sometimes for my Sunday morning workout.

tolerance + preference. i notice many like you don't want a strong stimulant effect, while others like me enjoy the hair on the back of neck standing up and tingling, lol. sorry i just really enjoy it.

It's just they feel an awful lot like drugs and you know... could be habit forming.

I too like that feeling it kind of pumps me up and gets me going for times when i dont have the energy to want to finish the workout those help a ton.

That sounds more like stategic use though which is more along the lines of what I was talking about. Sure I like the way it feels too, but if I use it every time I work out I will become dependant on it for good workouts. I can have good workouts without stim, great workouts in fact. When I am run down it's nice to have these products layig around though.

i realize this more than most, having an addictive personality. i have to keep a close eye on this. i have to remember that just because they are otc doesn't mean they cannot be addicting.

I would try taking the oep cap and breaking it open and throwing it in with a scoop of jacked. It might taste nasty but I'm sure the effects of it would be a little greater
