Started taking oxyelite pro a few days ago 2 in the morning one in the afternoon.The energy is ok for me but i want more when i work out. Am i asking for trouble if i take a seving of jacked prework out ?

i took a oep for 1st time today, have to admit i was impressed with it's stim effect. i guess it would depend on tolerance to stims if taking 1 oep with 1 scoop of jack3d is a good idea or not. i wouldn't advise starting at any higher of a dose for sure.
Yah tolerance is key. A lot of the protocols in this thread would have me in the hospital... I really think a lot of people overuse stims and if your depending on stims to have a better workout, I think you should take a long hard look at what your doing. When your down a bit and need an extra push from time to time that's fine but to make it a regular habit is not wise. OEP's stim settles down after a couple days but remains consistant after that for me. I do add Jacked (1 scoop) sometimes for my Sunday morning workout.
tolerance + preference. i notice many like you don't want a strong stimulant effect, while others like me enjoy the hair on the back of neck standing up and tingling, lol. sorry i just really enjoy it.

I too like that feeling it kind of pumps me up and gets me going for times when i dont have the energy to want to finish the workout those help a ton.
It's just they feel an awful lot like drugs and you know... could be habit forming.
i realize this more than most, having an addictive personality. i have to keep a close eye on this. i have to remember that just because they are otc doesn't mean they cannot be addicting.
