    Glycobol vs Anabolic pump...


    ok guys similar products here, but i would like to know the differences, one better than the other for bulking? better for cutting? different carb requirements,? i have ran AP 3 times and loved it each time great for recomps but im interrested in glycobol, any info is greatly appreciated!

    Directions:

    To access tolerance take 1 capsule with a meal containing 50 - 100 grams of complex carbohydrates. The next day use as follows.

    When Bulking: Take 2 capsules with a meal containing at least 50 - 100 grams of complex carbohydrates in the AM and again in the PM.

    When Dieting: Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before a meal containing at least 25 - 50 grams of complex carbohydrates in the AM and again in the PM.

    Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

    On workout days take 2 capsules with pre-workout meal

    My wife and I used Gycobol for several months after it first came out. I worked great for the first 3-4 weeks and then nothing. We both experienced the same reaction. Apparently our bodies became accustom to some of the ingredients. Maybe cycling would make it more effective.

    Very true, and just because you don't feel it like you did the first few weeks doesn't mean it has stopped working these products are very effective for long term weight loss and recomp. I think I got more accustomed to they way these products make me feel than the products stopped working. I am just used to being very volumized most of the time.

    Ddin't really feel anything but recomp was quite noticable the first few weeks for both of us. We were really excited but then everything stopped and we actually begain gaining again even though we were still taking the product and watching our diet.

    Yah that doesn't sound quite right, but who knows what happened, so many different reactions to different things. I have always has good recomp with these products long term. I know that I would be a lot heavier now without them, as I was overeating during the Xmas break and was pleasantly surprised how little the damage was. I was very adamant about using my Nutrient Partitioners.

    My .02c - I like both, but I have less GI distress with Glycobol. Dosing AP at 3 caps a day was just too much for me so I had to cut it down to 2 to reduce this effect. Not that it doesn't work at this dosage mind you.

    vaughn who is an iforce rep, logged glycobol on PHF last may. he said it compared to 5iu's of insulin. he has ran insulin before as well.

    here's also got glucose readings in his log as well.

    ok guys here are my blood results from today:


    post pre-wo meal: 118
    post workout(sipping on maximize): 115
    20 minutes post Glycobol: 86

    Now i noticed there was alot os skeptical people out there about using APump. I was thinking maybe adding a Swole Stack by AI and throwing in some PowerFULL with it.

    is one better for bulking then the other? and for what its worth i really like gbol it makes me hungry as hell. but ive also used ap and i like it aswell but i didnt get the full muscle feeling as much with AP.

    From what I have been reading, AP isn't as much of a potentiator as Glyc. Am I correct in this?

    Your hunger is probably due to lack of carbs. When your insulin spikes it causes glycogen to be "pumped" into your muscles, therefor you need more carbs to keep up with this. The full feeling in your muscles is due to the glycogen.

    I use both, i like both, i use them for different things.

    Recomp I use anabolic pump

    Cutting i use glycobol


    Why? the ingredient panel in glycobol works very synergistic with fat loss agents and personally it works amazing when im in caloric deficit. It allows me to stay out of being catabolic and promotes an anabolic environment without any weight gain. It allows me to lose pounds on the scale but not lbs of muscle.

    Anabolic Pump however i feel exactly how the name says i would feel...pumped. It stores a whole lot of glycogen in muscles thats not only noticeable but measurable(im not talking about half inch to an inch workout pumps but enough to know that its not coincidence). But it makes it hard for me to lose poundage on the scale. The recomp effect is very noticeable in fat loss continues and muscle growth is accelerated making it my choice to recomp.


    I have yet to try glycobol for recomp or bulking. I am a little addicted to how i feel on Anabolic Pump
