Weight Gainer help

I would really appreciate it if i can get some answers on this, ok i am getting ready to do a cycle of epistane btw i have proper pct and SERM on hand but my question is would it be ok to take a weight gainer (IDS Smart Gainer) while on cycle because i work 3rd shift and i sometimes find it hard to get alot of calories and meals in each day? I will also be taking 2 ON whey protein shakes a day to help.

Just stick with one, either the on whey or the weight gainer. Don't rely too much on shakes. Limit them to 2-3 PD. And yes it would be perfectly fine to mix a weight gainer during your cycle.
