    Best Protein Powder

hey guys what do you think the best lean muscle building protein powders are out there on the market. currently I am using myofusion form gaspari, but I am not really sure how lean it is. It has 30mg of cholesterol per scoop serving. For years I used beverly internationals muscle provider protein powder but it has just got too expensive these days.

cholesterol is not going to make you fat. actually, no protein powder will make you fat as long as you stay within your macro goals. the thing to remember is calorie surplus and it comes in all forms.

on topic though: myofusion is a SOLID protein. for a protein, it incorporates all the different digesting proteins -- slow, intermediate, fast. others you can look at are: Muscle Gauge Nutrition, Pro-Peptide, Nitro-Core, IsoFlex, and Iso-Sensation 93.

Here is my favorites 1. Universal Ultra whey pro (great taste great mixability c&c is delicous) 2. All the whey ( great flavors no bloat) 3. ON whey (good quality)

all of them are great choices look into them but in the end its personal preference.

Dymatize Elite is nice in my opinion, a little cheaper than ON too though if price is no object, Id say ON is probably the best tasting.

By far the very best and highest quality you can get is for sure True Protein. Anyone who has been around will vouch for that.
