Stacking Questions from Newbies

Would Stacking, , Jack3d, Creatine Mono 5gm (A.M.and add 3gm post workout), 3x w/ meals, DHEA 100mg (A.M) and (P.M.) be good for adding muscle and dropping fat?? I use Syntha 6 as my protein staple along with a minimal carb diet and no junk. I workout around 7:30pm 3x a week and just beat cancer which was in my femur so I don't do much running.
