just looking for everyone's opinion on this... i like Assault right now for my HIIT sessions (mainly treadmill intervals/jump box/ jumprope)...

just looking for everyone's opinion on this... i like Assault right now for my HIIT sessions (mainly treadmill intervals/jump box/ jumprope)...
My first thing in the morning supplement doses - RPM, IGF-2, and Drive if using it - do me just fine (note that I usually do my resistance training 40-60 minutes after finishing HIIT).

whats your dosage on the Beta-Alanine/AAKG/and stimulant of choice, wrasslin116?
personally i just started dosing 3g beta-alaine 5g of AAKG and 1,3dimeth at 40mg, i'd start with 25mg and figure out tolerance to 1,3 dimeth. works good for me at 195ibs
if your not worried about any kind of pumps, which is all your doing is HIIT then i'd Imagen all you'd need is a stim

I am a fan of DominATP for my cardio/HIIT or NOS Ether level 1. I am not a big fan of stims when I do HIIT (tends to give me cramps in my sides/chest) and those have beta alanine and citrulline malate in them; both of which are proven to enhance endurance. As for a stim based one, Jack3d is great because a little goes a long way and I have used it before with success but now that I am doing all running it does not always agree with me. Oh, and if you really want to amp it up, OxyElite Pro by USP before sessions is pretty ridiculous. Taking it now and no need for any extra stims after my afternoon dose.

for HIIT I like to use some Cre-02 or RagNOrok Ultra...depending on if you enjoy caffeine before heart elevating activity or not.

you'll also do well with cordygen v02, its faster releasing and will boost your energy and oxygen utilization, which is key for hiit.

what are your goals with hiit?
