I have a few friends who take it who love it. j/w if anybody has taken it or is taking it and like it or good/neutral results from it. its about 50 bucks for 30 servings. has (with milk) i think 900 cals, 150g carbs, 60 g of protein, 7g of creatine (mono, kre alkalyne and CEE), vitamins, AAKG. im currently using one scoop of serious mass with oatmeal, flaxseed, ice cream, strawberries, 1 banana and 1 egg. im also bulking. any suggestions?
