AS gives me a nice aggression. The stim effect is very strong and you should start with a lower dose to see how you react, but I was setting PRs like mad while I was using it.

Different types of supplements.
Although both your considerations have Creatine-
Creatine- is a cellular hydrator as well as regulates mitochondrial ATP. (among its other more famous benefits)

BCAAs (Xtend) do not produce the same type of ergogenic effects as a preWO supp.
BCAAs can be used both pre and post as they aid muscle recovery / and have anti catabolic properties.
Anadraulic state doesnt really have a large amount of BCAAs, however does have glutamine + leucine.
Anadraulic State also has stimulants (caffeine), nitric oxide enhancing supplements (arginine), and endurance promoting components, that can help extend your energy in the gym, maybe even push out an extra rep, or add additional plate.

I know the two are different-I was really wanting opinions on the results yielded by AS compared to creatine alone and whether the Aminos are sufficient. I know I respond well to creatine it's just been a long while since I've used it. I also want to add the BCAA's as a staple.

IIRC, AS has 10g of EAA per serving. The first version worked quite well, but was potent - as said above, start with a low dose. The new version is supposed to taste better, as the first was not great on the palate.

Personally, I'd do AS and Either RecoveryPro, or AS/Bulk Leucine and Citrus Dew to flavor it. Xtend is tasty, but freaking overpriced and glutamine is not worth the money.
