Quality weight gainer?

Guys could you please point me in the direction of a quality weight gainer. Like ones that doesn't cause rapid insulin spikes and filled with sugar. I need lots of calories but i need them from a good protein and carb source.

Make your own. It costs less and is better for you. Most if not all weight gainers will be high in either sugar, maltodextrin or WMS.

Whey
Ground Oats
Natty Peanut Butter
EVOO
Water

Or if you want a little sugar use milk or ice cream instead of water.

Oh i already do that mate. I just need a weight gainer to mix up fast, when im at work and such =) Thanks for your response though =)

Check out the new STEALTH by VPX, looks pretty good to me and VPX is a really solid company.

I use Serious Mass but it's got a lot of sugars prolly not what your looking for.

I really liked ISS Matrix, but I also got it for an amazing price.

If looking for MUCH MORE than a weight gainer, look into Golden GAINS for sure.

Oh i already do that mate. I just need a weight gainer to mix up fast, when im at work and such =) Thanks for your response though =)
mate, still go with the homemade idea but buy a thermos to take to work with you.

other stuff I like to add are:

whole raw eggs
frozen blueberries
spirulina powder
