Good read, thanks for posting the article IL :). For those out there reading out though be careful with the chromium. Unless you are chromium deficient it won't help much and I have seen a few athletes who tried to take high doses of it only to end up with renal damage. One unfortunate case led to rhabdomyolysis which led to acute renal failure. Luckily that young man was okay in the end but it is something we don't think of sometimes.
