Dymatize z-force

Ok, so as far as ZMA goes you definatelly seem to get a good deal with the z-force considering the exrta added godies it contains. My question though, it contains NAC which i've read excreats zinc in the urine. So it would seem that this would make the zma portion less effective. However I don't know the exact science behind it. It would be great if anyone did.

I think if your going to take ZMA that is all you want to take. There is a possibilty that any added ingredients will interfer with absorption of those nutrients. That said I have taken z-force and didn't notice much from it however I've taken ZMA alone and have so there you go. I'd recommend primaforce brand.
