For GH release at night, Horse Power or plain Arginine

    Question For GH release at night, Horse Power or plain Arginine


    I love horse power and it's ingredients, I take it pre intra and post workout. When it comes to night time GH boosting though, is there anything wrong with stacking a serving of horse power with my zma or is there any ingredients in it that would hinder my zma or production of gh? In which case i would take a plain arginine.

    Ok, so the glutamine and ornithine will further the release of gh, and either way your getting the arginine. So does anyone happen to know if any of the other listed ingredients would hinder the zma, arginine, glutamine, or ornithine from increasing gh secretion?

    I was pretty sure this was caffeinated or had glucuronolactone, if so, thats not a good idea to use pre-bed or PWO.

    I'd also be careful with how far you space out your last meal, and taking this (if you continue to do so), as it contains some ALA which tends to lower BG levels, which can help with allowing better gh secretion, but too low is not good.

    For a GH boost at night there are much better and cheaper alternatives than Horse Power.

    Horse Power?? What is that and who makes it? Never heard of such a thing.....I'd stick with arginine & ornithine at night. Make sure you have an empty stomach when you take them. Perhaps adding a little GABA would help as well.
