I'm thinking of switching from whey protein powder to brownpowder because of digestion/bloating problems. Has anyone ever made this switch and, if so, were you able to build/retain muscle?
Have you tried whey isolate? All the Whey has an excellent isolate that I highly recommend, and its only $38.95 over at NP
