i haven't but a friend swears by the stuff, says he leaned out even though he wasn't working out or dieting as much as he should have. Not your typical "Fat burner" tho. It doesn't give you crazy energy etc. hope this helps. Seems like no one here has taken it themselves.

I've taken it with great success however, your largest amount of success is going to come from a sound diet and training. Get those dialed in before all else.
