Hello and thanks for the info in advance.
About me - long time lifter. Have been between 220 - 170 lean lbs at different stages. In my younger and heavier years I could put up a lot of weight. Now I have been enjoying a mixture of routines throughout the year. I like five day splits and going heavy weight with low reps. I also like sports training - plyometrics, cleans, stuff like that. I've tried all the trendy workouts - MaxOT, HST, B4L, some from ABC and made plenty of my own and with trainers.
For nutrition - when I get good results it's from eating good food plain and simple. I use creatine (or superpump or whatever the flavor of the month), vitamin C & D, coffee. It's not hard for me to lose fat and get ripped at all. I actually think it's kinda easy. I'm more interested in keeping and gaining strength as I get older. I never want to have to quit or slow down.
I'm 37 now and I want to check out data on test boosters or PHs from the experts. I want to do it proper or not at all. I have seen literally hundreds of supps come and go over the years and am not sure about any of the data out there on the net. Something tells me there is a lot of crap that goes by and it's hard to tell what's placebo effect with results. Is it true that it's all a bunch of crap unless you get real gear?
I have a box of iForce Dymethazine and an old box of IDS Mass Tabs sitting here. I've never eaten them because I'm afraid they will be a downer or a waste of time. Does the fact that I'm old mean that it makes sense to try one? Should I just get real gear if I can?
Tx fellas
