how do you folks that have used this product take it?

what do you mix it with? what's worked best for you?

personally I just wrap some up in a paper towel and then perform an anal suppository.

That way it completely bypasses the stomach, and has a significantly better chance of getting absorbed.

just shove like 20g up there. that'll do the trick! :D

I second that:stooges:

But on real note i usually either buy the caps or put them in caps themselves "00" size but i think i remember trying it with crystal light one time or something but as you know i switched to caps : P
 
Bottle of H20, 1/2 tsp. or more depending on severity of rice crispy joints, and a good squirt of lemon juice!
