What is the best dosage/timings for Lean Xtreme? 1 upon waking before breakfast, 1 four hours later, and 1 before bed or is 2 caps per day sufficient?
Also, just noticed that LX is now time release? Better or worse or ???
It doesn't make any difference if LX is taking on an empty stomach or with food or is there a preference?

I plan on using glycobol, stoked,and stacked with thyrotabs.
I used this when it first came out years ago, and it was rough on my joints. I beleive the formula changed a few years ago. Anybody having this issue with current version?
