I am 35 years old, 6'1" and weigh 205LBS. I trying to workout med to hard 4-5 days a week. I have started and new job and work about 12-15 hours aday so I have not made it to the gym in around 2 weeks. I am trying to get used to all the work and then on my less hour day I am going to go to the gym. My job is very active and I lift and move nonstop so I am getting a workout. What I need is for someone to give me some insight on legal anabolics and dieting. I am look to lean down some and lose some in my face and waist. I am not trying to be a bodybuilder but I want to look good. What cycles will be good for me. I would like to use generics if possible. Also please list the suppliments you know that work and or have used. Please any cycles too. I have use epistane, t-400, eq-plex. Also what other suppliments are good like protein, NO2, etc. I just don't want to be wasting my money on things that don't work. Thanks in advance and you can email
