    Something to keep me alert


    Basically im lookig for something thats going to keep me awake and attentive when revising for a couple of exams ive got coming up.

    Ill be revising 12-13 hours a day and need something that will give me a kick and help my concentration.

    P.S. Energy drinks have absolutely no effect on me at all

    RPM would be a great choice. It can give you a nice boost in mental alertness, focus, and energy for up to roughly 8 hours. Granted my opinion comes off as biased because I am affiliated with Applied Nutriceuticals, but needless to say RPM is worth a shot.

    The geranium will give that focus - Ive used it for study, report writing. It's cheap as well. I picked up 200 caps @ 25mg for $20.

    I would also recommend frequent bouts of LHJO to relieve the tension and as a sleep aid.
