im not 100% about the fact that you will lose some of the benefits or not but also when i took it without a good highcarb meal it bothered my stomach pretty bad.only made that mistake a few times

You have to consume about 40 g of carbohydrates after taking Anabolic Pump. I think that you will lose weight and also have more energy. You could take it 3 times per day, consume 120 g of carbs and still lose weight for sure. Good luck and if you have any questions feel free to private message me.
