Hi,
im new to supplements and was after some advice. I am currently using creatine, beta-alanine and WPI and looking to build lean muscle rather than bulk up. I recently read an article that stated taking creatine and beta-alanine together does not work as well as if taken seperate.
So does this mean i should spread the servings throughout the day or stop taking one?
Has anyone else heard different or had success taking these supplements differently?
