I NEED HELP!

1 cup oats=300 cal 54 carbs
2 tbsp PB 200 cals around 16-18 fat
1 cup skim milk= 80 cals 8 carb 12 protein
50 g whey 200 cal 50 protein

or make it whatever values u want . that right there is at least 25 fat 50 protein and 80 carbs. 800 cals
 
This is the most vague question someone can ask. Are you looking for hormonals, something natural, weight gainers. You can just say i want to bulk what a supp i can take. How old are you, how long are you training for.
Do some research, the search button is your best friend if you want good results in your research.
 
well since u said u wanted something to bulk u up with low sugar I assumed u meant a weight gainer shake. but if ur looking for a creatine thats gonna bulk u up I wouldnt really expect creatine to bulk u up on its own. all it does is help pull water into muscle and increase the amount of work u can do so go with plain creatine mono or if u get bloated try neovar or if u want something a lil more expensive look at Millenium sports cre02 or controlled labs green mag or green bulge all good products. neovar would be good if ur carb sensitive since it has a little bit of nutrient partitioning effects, not the same as anabolic pump or glycobol but still noticeable efffects on carb intake
 
If your diet is good already you dont need supps. Im sure your diet sucks, otherwise you wouldnt be asking.

This. If your diet isn't bulking you up then its stupid to expect a supplement to do it for you. Take the money you'd spend on a weight gainer and go buy steaks instead.
