    best sustained release protein shake


    what is the best protein shake to take during the day or at night which is multi kinds of protein + sustained release.

    ON is what I use. I can't recall the specifics on Prolab's label for that. I remember liking it at the time. It's a mix of egg, whey, and casein, correct?
