what is the best protein shake to take during the day or at night which is multi kinds of protein + sustained release.

Why not just use micellar casein with some fat added?

ON is what I use. I can't recall the specifics on Prolab's label for that. I remember liking it at the time. It's a mix of egg, whey, and casein, correct?

Either one will work. Not sure on the price per lb on them.
