coleus forskohili --quick question

Does it matter if coleus forskohili 95% is taken with or without food. my plan is to take 25mg (95%) 3 times a day

I take it both ways, sometimes on empty stomach I feel bad for about 15 minutes, makes stomach queezy

In a good way or bad way? The studies done on forskohili was done at 10% so does it make it any more effective?
